When you first leave your parent's home, one thing on your mind is whether you should rent your first home or whether you should get a mortgage.   Ultimately, there are pros and cons for both sides, and while mortgaging a house seems daunting especially with student loans over your head, it may make sense for you.

Smart vs. Knowledgeable

 A while ago, I made posted a quote from my teacher that stated his response to being called smart.  It stated that to sound smart is to be able to talk about something people don’t know about.  However, this just goes to show you that being smart and knowledgeable are almost synonymous in today’s culture.

There is a stigma with buying stocks.  People are always worried that they are not getting the best price.  However, you never see the same stigma when buying groceries for the week.  The same principles apply for both though.  $20 dollars of groceries may give you $15 dollars of satisfaction, or it may give you $40 dollars of satisfaction.
