When Duel Links came out, the hype over Pokemon Go had largely died down. This meant that we were primed and ready to have another nostalgia bait game around. With 40 million downloads worldwide, this seemed like a great idea. It had all the classic cards before the game suffered scope creep with synchro summons and crazy other fusions. The 5 monster slots and spell slots were shrunk down to 3, which made the game more accessible as a mobile game. However, Duel Links falls into the classic problem with all mobile games.
Everything Considered
This is a blog where I rant on whatever comes to mind. No topic will be left uncovered. Everything from A to Z. This is mainly used for me to think more deeply about things that I find interesting. Be sure to leave a comment if you want a certain rant.

The problem with episodic shows: Glee case study
Anyone who knows me knows that I don't like watching episodic shows. There has to be some overarching plot that is involved, which episodes go towards. Having one off episodes that are trying to compel you one way or another, and the characters are for the most part flat.
That being said, I still have a soft spot for the show Glee. I like the singing and the dance routines, because it depicts a world that is more entertaining than our own. However, it was a chore to continue watching past the first season.

Ultimately, there are pros and cons for both sides, and while mortgaging a house seems daunting especially with student loans over your head, it may make sense for you.

Observables in Angular
Observables are the bread and butter Angular (2+). Thus, it is good to take some time to learn
how to use them. Trust me. They look a little more complicated than
promises and callbacks, but it will speed up development if you add these to
your toolkit.

Anime Review: Rubric
Here is a brief rubric for all of my anime reviews. I'll preface all posts like Anime Review: [Anime name].
Anime Review: Why I hate Cowboy Bebop
Cowboy Bebop is a classic, or so I have been told. I really have no clue why people like it, and it seems like one of those artsy animes that all the hipsters just love.
It's aged relatively well, but from my perspective, it was a boring.
